V-I-K-I-N-G-S!

Well, just so you all know, you are currently reading the words of a Viewmont Student Body Committee member! YAY! I made it! We have a really awesome group and it's going to be tons of fun! In the next two weeks I'm going to be super busy but they say it'll calm down after that. Cool, huh?

Today we had a meeting and started making stuff to put around the school for Homecoming Week. I made a really good looking viking head (like the one shown). We are going to paint the parking lot this friday, too! We usually would paint the feild but we got turf now, so we can't really do that. I can't wait to whitewash the V it's going to be awesome! I'm just trying to soak up as much as I can during my Senior year and it's going to be super easy now that I'm on the committee! :D

We've started to plan for Homecoming! I can't wait for it even though I'm still unsure about what I'm going to do. But I know that It's going to be super-fun because of who is in the group!
We tried out for solo's in choir. It was super hard syncopated rhythm so I didn't feel comfortable trying out, but about a fourth of the way through the tryouts I had every solo down frontwards and backwards. I wish I had tried out now but I guess it's too late. I'll try out for every single one next time.
